1. General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 322bet ("322bet", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the 322bet platform located at 322bet.ws, including all associated services such as sports betting, live casino, slots, crash games, and any other products offered via the platform.

By accessing the 322bet website, creating an account, or placing a bet or wager of any kind, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

322bet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. The most current version will be published on this page with the effective date noted at the top. Your continued use of the platform after any such amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any change, you must cease using the platform and close your account.

1.1 Eligibility

Use of the 322bet platform is permitted only to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, or close family member of a 322bet employee where such use may create a conflict of interest.
• You are not listed on any self-exclusion registry or have an active self-exclusion arrangement with 322bet.

322bet is targeted at the Bangladesh market. Players accessing 322bet from Bangladesh confirm that they are doing so in compliance with applicable local laws and accept sole responsibility for determining the legality of their participation.

1.2 Language and Currency

The 322bet platform operates in English. Account balances, deposits, withdrawals, bet values, winnings, and bonus amounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The ৳ symbol and/or "BDT" abbreviation are used interchangeably throughout the platform and these Terms to denote Bangladeshi Taka.

2. Account Registration

By completing the registration process, you confirm your acceptance of these Terms and represent that all information you provide is accurate, complete, and current.

2.1 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on 322bet at any time. Duplicate accounts — that is, additional accounts registered by the same individual, from the same device, IP address, household, or using the same payment method — are strictly prohibited. 322bet reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and to withhold any balances or winnings associated with them pending investigation.

If you discover that a duplicate account exists in your name that you did not intentionally create, you must contact 322bet support immediately via live chat so that the matter can be resolved without affecting your primary account.

2.2 Account Information Accuracy

You are responsible for ensuring that the personal information held on your 322bet account is accurate and up to date at all times. This includes your legal name, date of birth, registered email address or mobile number, and nominated payment method details. 322bet may request documentary evidence to verify the accuracy of this information at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued national ID, passport, or birth registration certificate.

2.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your 322bet login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your credentials with any third party, and you must notify 322bet support immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation. 322bet accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised access to an account where the player failed to keep their credentials secure.

2.4 Age Verification

322bet is strictly an 18+ platform. During registration, you confirm that you are aged 18 or above. 322bet may request age verification documents at any point. Where a player is found to be under 18, their account will be closed immediately, all bets and winnings generated during the period of underage use will be void, and any deposited funds will be returned to the original payment method subject to verification.

3. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 322bet are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 322bet supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Available payment methods may vary based on your account status and verification level.

3.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount via mobile banking (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) is ৳200. Minimum deposits via bank transfer or card may differ and are displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction. 322bet does not charge a fee on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which 322bet accepts no responsibility.

Deposits are credited to your 322bet account promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. In cases where a deposit is delayed, you should contact 322bet support with your transaction reference number so that the matter can be investigated without unnecessary delay.

3.2 Withdrawals

To be eligible to request a withdrawal, your account must be fully verified in accordance with 322bet's KYC (Know Your Customer) requirements. Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 for mobile banking methods and ৳1,000 for bank transfers.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method that has been previously used to make a deposit on the account, or to a method registered in your verified name.
• Any active bonus funds or wagering requirements must be settled before a withdrawal request can be processed.

3.3 Refused Transactions

322bet reserves the right to refuse, reverse, or place a hold on any deposit or withdrawal transaction where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, breach of these Terms, or where required by applicable law or regulation. In such cases, 322bet will endeavour to notify the affected player as promptly as circumstances permit, subject to any legal constraints on disclosure.

4. Betting Rules

All sports bets and casino wagers placed on 322bet are subject to the specific rules applicable to the sport, market, or game in question, as published within the platform. In the event of any conflict between a sport-specific or game-specific rule and these general Terms, the more specific rule shall prevail for that bet or wager.

4.1 Bet Acceptance

A bet is not considered accepted until you receive a confirmed bet reference number from the 322bet platform. Until such confirmation is received and displayed, no bet contract exists between you and 322bet. 322bet reserves the right to decline any bet at its sole discretion, including where the odds displayed were the result of a technical error, a data feed failure, or a manifest pricing mistake.

4.2 In-Play Betting

In-play (live) betting markets on events such as BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, and bilateral cricket series are subject to real-time odds changes. Bets placed during a brief delay between the in-play event occurring and the odds update may be voided by 322bet at its discretion. This includes bets placed after a wicket falls, a boundary is scored, or any other material in-play event that has occurred but has not yet been reflected in the market odds.

4.3 Void Bets

A bet may be declared void under the following circumstances, without limitation:

• The event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before the minimum playtime required for settlement has elapsed.
• The bet was placed after the scheduled start of the event and was accepted due to a system error.
• Odds were published in error and bear no reasonable relationship to the true market price at the time of placement.
• There is conclusive evidence that the event was subject to match-fixing or irregular activity.

Void bets result in the stake being returned to the player's account balance. Any winnings derived from bets that are subsequently voided will be removed from the account.

4.4 Maximum Winnings

322bet applies maximum single-bet winnings caps that vary by sport and market type. The applicable limits are displayed in the platform at the time of bet placement. 322bet reserves the right to limit the stake or payout on any market at its sole discretion, including for players identified as consistently winning above threshold amounts.

4.5 Casino and Slots

All casino games, including live dealer tables operated by Evolution Gaming and Ezugi, and all slots and crash games provided by studios including Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Habanero, and Spribe, are governed by the rules of the individual game as specified within the game interface. Random number generation (RNG) certification applies to all non-live games. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages represent theoretical long-run averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

5. Bonus Terms

322bet offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day, and ICC tournaments. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to the individual promotion.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds awarded by 322bet are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier for each bonus is stated clearly in the promotion description. Unless otherwise specified, the standard wagering requirement is applied to the bonus amount only. Wagering requirements must be completed within the stated time limit, after which any unmet bonus funds will be forfeited without compensation.

5.2 Game Contribution

Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100% of each wager towards the wagering requirement. Live casino games, including baccarat, blackjack, and roulette, typically contribute a lower percentage as specified per promotion. Crash games such as Aviator may have a separate contribution rate. Always check the specific promotion page for the applicable contribution percentages before claiming a bonus.

5.3 One Bonus at a Time

Only one bonus may be active on a 322bet account at any given time. If you claim a new bonus while an existing bonus is active, the existing bonus and any associated requirements may be voided. Players are advised to complete or forfeit an existing bonus before claiming a new one.

5.4 Bonus Abuse

322bet reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or claw back any bonus and associated winnings where there is evidence of bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus; placing low-risk, mathematically balanced bets across correlated outcomes to exploit wagering requirements; using automated software or bots; or any behaviour that 322bet reasonably determines to be designed to extract bonus value without genuine play intent.

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 322bet platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances and winnings, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable.

• Registering more than one account on the platform, whether under your own name or any alias.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or any subsequent verification process.
• Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age.
• Accessing the platform in violation of any applicable law or regulation in your jurisdiction.
• Using any automated software, bot, script, or mechanical means to interact with the platform, including placing bets, spinning games, or navigating the cashier.
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion with other players, or any activity that compromises the integrity of a betting market or casino game.
• Using the platform to launder money or process funds derived from illegal activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the platform's software, security mechanisms, or random number generation systems.
• Abusing the 322bet bonus system as described in Section 5.4 of these Terms.
• Using payment methods that do not belong to you, or initiating fraudulent chargebacks against 322bet transactions.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing 322bet staff or other platform users in any communication channel, including live chat, email, or social media.

322bet employs fraud detection systems that operate continuously. Any account flagged for potential prohibited conduct will be reviewed by the 322bet compliance team. During such a review, the account may be temporarily suspended and withdrawals may be placed on hold pending the outcome of the investigation.

7. Account Closure & Suspension

Either you or 322bet may close or suspend your account in accordance with the provisions set out in this section.

7.1 Voluntary Closure by Player

You may request to close your 322bet account at any time by contacting the 322bet support team via live chat. Before closing your account, any outstanding balance will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method, subject to verification and the absence of any pending investigation. Accounts subject to a self-exclusion request will be processed under the Responsible Gaming policy rather than as a standard closure.

7.2 Closure or Suspension by 322bet

322bet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or prohibited conduct.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within a specified timeframe.
• A request from a relevant law enforcement or regulatory authority.
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months.

Where an account is closed by 322bet due to a Terms breach, any balance held in the account will be handled in accordance with the findings of the compliance review. Balances associated with fraudulent deposits or bonus abuse may be forfeited in full.

7.3 Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive if no login, deposit, withdrawal, or wagering activity has occurred for a period of 12 consecutive months. 322bet may apply a monthly inactivity fee of ৳200 to inactive account balances after the initial 12-month period. You will be notified by email or SMS before any inactivity fee is applied, and the fee will not reduce your balance below zero.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 322bet's total liability to any player arising out of or in connection with the use of the platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

322bet shall not be liable, under any circumstances, for:

• Loss of profits, revenue, savings, data, contracts, goodwill, or anticipated winnings.
• Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive loss or damages of any kind.
• Service interruptions caused by third-party infrastructure providers, internet service providers, payment network downtime, or force majeure events.
• Losses arising from a player's failure to keep their login credentials secure.
• Losses resulting from the player's reliance on information displayed on the platform that contained a typographical or data feed error.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 322bet's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

8.1 Platform Availability

322bet endeavours to maintain platform availability at all times but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance windows, emergency technical work, and third-party infrastructure events may result in temporary unavailability. 322bet will endeavour to communicate planned downtime in advance where possible. No compensation is payable for losses incurred as a result of platform unavailability.

8.2 Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally through 322bet's support team shall be referred to binding arbitration. The player and 322bet each waive any right to pursue claims on a class-action basis.
